Certificate Courses
Standalone HBS certificate products are non-credit continuing-education courses. They do not confer college credit, a degree, professional licensure, or academic admission.
Unless a product states otherwise, access remains active for 12 months from activation. To earn the applicable non-credit certificate of completion, the student must complete all lectures and quizzes and earn at least 75% on the required final examination or examinations.
Degree Tuition
Purchasing paid-in-full tuition does not guarantee admission to Harvest Bible Seminary. Every degree student remains subject to the Seminary’s application, admissions, identity-verification, and academic requirements.
If an applicant pays tuition before admissions review and HBS denies admission, the tuition payment will be refunded in full to the original payment method. Once HBS issues course access, tuition is non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.
Administrative fees, graduation fees, diploma-frame charges, books, merchandise, and other separately listed charges are not included unless a product page expressly says they are included.
Digital Access and Order Processing
Course access is issued to the enrolled student or licensed participant and may not be shared, resold, or transferred after activation. Customers must provide accurate contact and enrollment information so HBS can provision access.
Most student logins are created and emailed within 24 hours. Please allow up to three business days for HBS Administration to process an order and create course access. Customers should watch the email address used at checkout for a confirmation from the Administration Department containing login instructions or any information needed to complete enrollment.
