Dr. Harley Howard and his wife
Dr. Harley Howard, Ph.D., Th.D., D.L.L. — Course Instructor

Dr. Howard is senior pastor of Foundation of Truth Bible Church in Santa Ana, California. He trusted Christ in April 1976 after entering the U.S. Army and later served several Southern California churches, including two senior pastorates. A committed verse-by-verse Bible expositor and author of numerous studies and commentaries, he provides HBS instruction in Hebrews and Joshua I.
